This dynamic conference is designed to provide you with the essential whole leadership knowledge and tools needed to build brighter futures in early care and education programs. The conference will provide you with opportunities to attend skill-building sessions relevant to your complex role, network with professionals who can relate to your trials and triumphs, and absorb inspiration from powerful keynote speakers.


$150 | Pre-conference | Full day session or two half day sessions

Groups of 10 or more, full conference registrations, receive a $50 discount per registration.

Over 50 skill-building sessions


You can turn your conference attendance into college course credit. The course will run from April until June and will include assignments before, during, and after the conference. Concern about a child’s progress that cannot be explained by the usual range of typical developmental differences can raise concerns about how to communicate with families. This session will present strategies to encourage collaboration and promote strength-based communication with families that is non-threatening and that leads to positive outcomes for children.
